School Based Registered Behavior Technician (Kauai)

Registered behavior technicians work directly with students in the classroom, implementing established service plans to reduce challenging behaviors and increase functional skills. This involves collaborating with teachers, documenting interventions, collecting behavior data, and providing instruction to foster student independence.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and either be a registered behavior technician certified or willing to pursue certification (Paid for by the employer). Educational requirements include an associate's or bachelor's degree, 48 college credits including specific math and english courses, or passing the parapro praxis assessment.
