The nurse aide in training program involves receiving online and on-The-Floor training to assist assigned residents with activities of daily living as outlined in their care plans, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and monitoring vital signs under the direction of charge nurses. Essential functions also include ensuring resident comfort and safety, promptly answering call lights, and accurately logging care provided into the electronic medical records system.

Candidates must successfully complete a minimum two-Week introductory period as a hospitality aide performing supportive, non-Clinical duties before advancing to the nurse aide training class. High school diploma or ged is highly preferred, and prior experience as a caregiver is preferred, alongside good communication skills.
