We believe our quality of care is only as good as our people. We are looking for a compassionate, organized, and dedicated Foster Care Case Manager to serve as a cornerstone of support for youth in McMinn County.

Your Impact (Responsibilities) Advocacy

Represent the best interests of youth at court hearings, school meetings, and child/family team meetings.

Mentorship

Provide weekly direct casework services, building relationships with the youth on your caseload.

Planning

Develop and implement treatment plans and conduct intake studies to ensure every child receives the right level of care.

Coordination

Arrange monthly family visits, monitor educational progress and school attendance, and coordinate medical and therapeutic services.

Documentation

Maintain precise, up-to-date case records and prepare monthly progress reports for families and referring agencies.

What You Bring Education

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology) or Education is required.

Salary & Schedule Salary
