Behavioral Health Technician - Adolescent Program - PT Noc Shift

The behavioral health technician supervises and supports adolescents through daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and structured activities, while ensuring client safety in a residential setting. Key duties involve managing crisis situations using de-Escalation techniques, administering medications, conducting drug screenings, and documenting client behaviors accurately.

A high school diploma or ged and a valid california driver's license with a clean record are mandatory requirements for this entry-Level position. Candidates must also be first aid/Cpr certified or willing to obtain certification immediately, and possess the ability to remain calm and professional while setting supportive boundaries with teens.
