The role involves developing and overseeing individualized aba treatment plans, supervising registered behavior technicians (Rbts) with ongoing training, and conducting necessary assessments to adjust treatment goals for clients with autism. Collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams is essential to ensure client success while maintaining ethical and regulatory compliance.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field, hold both bcba and ny licensed behavior analyst certifications, and have at least one year of experience in aba, including a new york state medicaid id. Bilingual bcbas fluent in english and spanish are preferred.
