The role involves developing and overseeing individualized aba treatment plans, conducting assessments, and adjusting treatment goals as necessary for client growth. Responsibilities also include supervising registered behavior technicians (Rbts), providing ongoing training, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field, along with bcba certification and md licensed behavior analyst licensure, including md medicaid id. Ny licensure and ny medicaid id are preferred for immediate start, and at least one year of aba experience is required, with a preference for remote experience.
