Overnight Camp Counselor - North Woods Camp for Boys

Counselors are responsible for the supervision, leadership, and guidance of a small group of 8-10 children within a cabin, living with them throughout the duration of the camp session. Key duties include instructing in activity areas daily, managing camper welfare, and ensuring adherence to all camp programs and safety regulations.

Minimum qualifications require being a high school graduate or equivalent, or at least eighteen years old, coupled with a strong desire and ability to work outdoors with children. Candidates must possess good moral character, emotional maturity, patience, and the ability to teach proficiency in at least one camp skill area such as tennis, swimming, or hiking.
