Core responsibilities
The academic coach provides in-Person and online support to students to ensure they achieve personal and program goals. They collaborate with staff to manage school operations, oversee student discipline, and foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the community.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree or higher preferred. Two years of experience working with youth, particularly at-Risk students, is preferred along with a valid driver's license.
