Early Care and Education Teacher, Infant Room

The lead teacher will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants of all abilities within an inclusive program. This includes developing individualized learning plans and ensuring all students are included and respected while working collaboratively with the professional team.

Minimum qualifications require candidates to be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged, and certified in cpr, first aid, and iowa's mandatory reporting of abuse. Candidates must also meet state licensing expectations and possess knowledge of iowa childcare licensing rules and regulations.
