The program is a 12-month residency designed to support new graduate nurses in their transition to professional practice. It includes skill enhancement sessions, cohort meetings, and a residency project.
Candidates must have a diploma from an RN program and current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse. Basic Life Support certification is also required.

Education: Diploma from an RN program. License(s)/Certification(s): Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state. Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state.
