Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will utilize a results-Oriented approach based on applied behavior analysis (Aba) to assess client interactions and help build skills while documenting progress. Responsibilities include playing with and encouraging young learners while incorporating targets from individualized treatment plans.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or ged, and be available to work full-Time between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm, monday through friday. A bachelor's degree in a related field and experience with special needs children are preferred.
