The instructor must maintain high energy to engage students and effectively facilitate learning and learner development using kaplan's methodology. Responsibilities also include active classroom management and attending required professional development meetings.

Candidates must possess an msn or bsn with a master's degree and hold a current, unencumbered registered nurse license with a minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills are required, along with weekday availability.
