Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

As a registered behavior technician (Rbt), you will provide one-On-One direct applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) under the supervision of a bcba/Bcaba. Responsibilities include consistently implementing individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, recording skills acquisition and behavior data, and ensuring clients meet high-Quality standards of care.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school degree or diploma and be at least 18 years old, holding or being willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification. Additional requirements include reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance, the ability to pass criminal background checks and drug tests, and strong organizational and collaboration skills.
