Education Facilitator

The education facilitator supports the educational needs of adolescents in php and iop programs, ensuring they maintain educational progress while receiving treatment. Responsibilities include collaborating with academic institutions, providing individualized support, and developing educational strategies aligned with therapeutic goals.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field and at least 2 years of experience working with adolescents, preferably in behavioral health or special education settings. A strong understanding of mental health issues and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team are also required.
