Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will work under the direct supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) to implement behavioral support plans and skill acquisition strategies while collecting accurate real-Time data on progress. Responsibilities also include ensuring timely service documentation and maintaining a safe, supportive environment for individuals receiving services.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and being at least 18 years old, with preferred experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Candidates must possess registered behavior technician (Rbt) credentials or be enrolled in the training coursework, along with a valid tennessee driver's license.
