Youth Soccer Referee

The referee is responsible for enforcing the i9 sports rule books to ensure a fun, learning, and safe environment while teaching sportsmanship values. This role involves keeping time and score, managing age-Appropriate instruction, and consistently demonstrating a positive attitude.

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong ability to build professional relationships, along with the ability to work weekends. Experience as a player, coach, or referee is preferred but not mandatory, and the candidate must be a highly motivated self-Starter capable of independent work and problem-Solving.
