Youth Soccer Referee

The referee is responsible for enforcing rules while cultivating a positive culture and acting as an on-Field coach, directly impacting players, coaches, and spectators during every game day. Key duties include understanding and enforcing i9 sports rulebooks to ensure a fun, learning, and safe environment, teaching sportsmanship values, and managing game time and score.

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong ability to build professional relationships, along with the ability to work weekends independently. While experience as a player, coach, or referee is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role.
