Youth Flag Football Instructor

The flag football instructor is responsible for enhancing the i9 sports experience by coaching, officiating practices and games across various age groups, and ensuring instructional aspects are delivered. Responsibilities include assisting volunteer coaches with practices focusing on fundamentals, teaching sportsmanship, supervising game day operations, and officiating games.

Candidates must consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work weekends. Experience as a player, coach, or referee is preferred but not mandatory; highly motivated self-Starters who can work independently and solve problems are sought.
