CAVA - Education Specialist (K5, MS, HS) - Eligibility Pools

Education specialists are responsible for specialized academic instruction (Sai) for students with disabilities, including managing a caseload, scheduling and holding iep meetings, and providing direct services online or in person according to the iep. They must also ensure all documentation is compliant, monitor student progress, and participate in required meetings and testing.

Applicants must possess a valid/Current preliminary/Clear/Life california education specialist instruction credential in mild/Moderate or moderate/Severe disabilities, along with a california english learner authorization, and must be a permanent california resident in one of the serviced counties. A bachelor's degree is required, and strong skills in communication, organization, and technology proficiency (Ms office suite) are essential.
