Instructor - Structured Recess

The instructor will guide and inspire children during recess, fostering physical activity, teamwork, and positive social interactions in a fun and safe environment. Key duties include organizing and leading games for groups of 20+ students, coordinating the 'game of the day,' and promoting positive conflict resolution.

Candidates must have a passion for leading activities with children and modeling positive behavior, preferably with prior experience in a school setting such as a teacher's aide or pe instructor. Applicants must be able to manage and engage groups of 20+ students across grades k-8 and possess reliable transportation, requiring a background check.
