Behavior Technician (Part Time 12:30-6:30)

Behavior technicians are responsible for implementing individualized skill-Building programs designed by board certified behavior analysts (Bcba) and collecting behavioral data every session to track client progress. This role also involves working with clients through structured activities and play, as well as communicating with the clinical team and families served.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be 18 years or older, along with a valid ca driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between clients. Successful candidates will also need to pass a background check, tb test, and have completed immunizations, while being physically able to engage with and lift children up to 50 lbs.
