Life Skills Coach

The life skills coach will support individuals with developmental disabilities by coaching them on essential independent living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and hygiene. This role involves encouraging clients, helping to organize weekly goals and schedules, and providing consistent progress documentation through case notes and reports.

Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to commute within the gilroy/Morgan hill areas, as well as pass a background check. Essential qualifications include computer literacy in ms word and email, and being bilingual in english and spanish is required.
