Veterinary Sonographer - Louisville, KY

The sonographer will perform ultrasound studies and facilitate ultrasound training at home and regional hospitals, working closely with emergency doctors to provide same-Day scans for pets. Key duties include maintaining relationships with radiologists, tracking team skills via a checklist, and regularly meeting with leadership to discuss program development and training implementation.

Candidates must be credentialed as a veterinary technician (Lvt/Cvt/Rvt/Lvmt), diagnostic medical sonographer (Rdms), or have equivalent experience, along with a minimum of three years of veterinary ultrasound experience. Essential qualities include previous training experience, patience for teaching, strong communication skills, adaptability, and a desire to travel for regional training.
