Core responsibilities
This is a six-Month immersive mentorship program designed to transform practicing non-Emergency veterinarians into confident emergency room doctors through structured academic and clinical teachings, integrating individualized mentorship across 3-4 hospital shifts weekly. Participants will gain firsthand er experience, collaborate with specialists, and participate in weekly case discussions, literature reviews, and hands-On training.
Requirements summary
Applicants must possess a valid dvm, vmd, or equivalent degree and have at least one year of experience as a practicing veterinarian, along with a desire to work in emergency medicine. Candidates must also secure a valid veterinary license and dea registration by the start date and commit to a predetermined six-Month schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
