Emergency Veterinary Nursing Trainer (Full-Time) - Ralph Ave, Brooklyn/NYC

The nursing trainer will partner with leadership to identify training needs, assess staff through observation, and drive advancement through the veg cultivate program. Responsibilities include splitting time between on-The-Floor mentoring and strategic development, organizing peer training, and refining educational content.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma (Associate's degree in veterinary technology preferred) and be credentialed as a veterinary technician in the practice state, with strong knowledge in emergency medicine. Essential qualities include a passion for teaching, an ownership mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-Paced, potentially odorous environment.
