Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Seffner, FL

The registered behavior technician will provide one-On-One applied behavior analysis therapy to children and adolescents in school and home settings, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by supervising board certified behavior analysts. Responsibilities also include collecting progress data and supporting clients in developing essential communication, social, and adaptive skills.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician certification in good standing with the bacb, or be willing to obtain certification. Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred, alongside strong communication and collaboration abilities.
