Job Summary St.
Agnes Tiny 2 is seeking a passionate and caring individual for a part-time Teacher Aide position in our 2-year-old classroom.
This role includes working 3–4 days per week from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
We are looking for someone dedicated to fostering a love of learning and helping children build a strong foundation in the Catholic faith.
As part of our team, you will assist the lead teacher in creating a nurturing, Christ-centered classroom environment.

Assist the teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and classroom activities.
Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce instruction and support learning.
Supervise students during classroom transitions, recess, lunch, and other non-instructional periods as needed.
Help prepare instructional materials, organize supplies, and maintain a clean and orderly classroom environment.
Support students with special learning needs by following accommodations and teacher direction.
Promote and model behavior consistent with Catholic values, respect, and responsibility.
Provide general clerical support to the teacher, such as copying, filing, and organizing materials.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all student interactions and communications.
Participate in school-wide activities, liturgies, and faith-based events when appropriate.
High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate degree or coursework in education preferred.
Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting preferred.
Understanding and support of the mission and values of Catholic education.
Patience, reliability, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow teacher direction and work collaboratively with staff.
Practicing Catholic preferred, or respect for Catholic teachings and environment
