ABA Therapy Student Analyst / Program Manager

The role involves carrying an active caseload providing direct 1

1 intervention, caregiver training, and participating in social skills groups and self-Monitoring programs while earning supervised fieldwork hours toward bcba certification. Responsibilities also include conducting assessments, developing treatment plan components, providing written clinical documentation, and collaborating with families and school teams.

Candidates must either be currently enrolled in a graduate program in behavior analysis or a related field, or possess a bachelor's degree plus at least two years of rbt experience, or hold a bcaba certification. All candidates must also complete background checks, mandated reporter training, rbt training, and obtain rbt certification within 60 days of hire.
