ABA Therapy Student Analyst / Program Manager

The role involves carrying an active caseload providing direct 1

1 intervention, caregiver training, and participating in social skills groups while earning supervised fieldwork hours under experienced bcbas. Responsibilities also include conducting assessments, developing treatment plan components, writing clinical documentation, and collaborating with families and school teams.

Candidates must either be currently enrolled in a graduate program for behavior analysis or related fields, or possess a bachelor's degree plus at least two years of rbt experience, or hold a bcaba certification. All candidates must also complete background checks, mandated reporter training, and obtain rbt certification within 60 days of hire.
