Clinical Nurse Educator - Nursing Administration - Full Time

The clinical nurse educator assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates clinical education processes using adult learning theories for staff, clients, and the community, while acting as a consultant and change agent for clinical practice standards. This role involves collaborating on orientation, managing ongoing staff competencies, organizing continuing education programs, and supporting evidence-Based practice initiatives.

Candidates must possess a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) and current registered professional nurse licensure, along with a minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in the specialty area. Furthermore, a master's degree in nursing is required, either already obtained or in progress to be completed within three years of hire.
