Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One, life-Changing aba therapy to children aged 2-12 with autism or developmental delays, focusing on natural play and foundational skills like communication. Responsibilities include following prescribed plans, collecting and recording data, writing session notes, and communicating client progress to parents under bcba guidance.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills, detail orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Essential functions require physical capabilities such as lifting up to 30 pounds, assuming various postures for extended periods, and performing tasks like feeding, diapering, and toileting.
