Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will provide one-On-One, life-Changing aba therapy to children aged 2-12 with autism or developmental delays, focusing on teaching foundational skills through natural play. Daily duties include following prescribed plans, collecting and recording data, writing therapy notes, and communicating client progress with parents under bcba guidance.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills while being detail-Oriented and adaptable. Essential physical requirements involve lifting up to 30 pounds, assuming various postures for extended periods, and being able to attend to basic client needs like feeding and toileting.
