Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions with children aged 2-12, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior support plans while diligently collecting and recording data for each session. Responsibilities also include communicating client progress to parents/Caregivers under bcba guidance and assisting the bcba with material preparation.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a college degree is preferred, and candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Essential functions involve physical capabilities such as lifting up to 30 pounds, assuming various postures for extended periods, and performing tasks like feeding, diapering, and data entry using electronic devices.
