Direct Care Worker

The worker must provide sustained and uninterrupted direct supervision of assigned children while adhering to all federal and state regulatory guidelines. Key duties include documenting incidents and progress, assisting with treatment plan development, and teaching constructive behaviors and essential life skills to the children.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, along with one year of experience in child welfare or a related human services field. Candidates must pass pre-Employment screenings, including drug tests and criminal background checks, and must be fluent in both english and spanish.
