Direct Care Worker

The worker must provide sustained, uninterrupted direct supervision of assigned children while ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulatory guidelines and accurately documenting incidents and progress. Key duties include assisting with new child/Staff orientation, contributing to treatment plans, and teaching constructive behaviors and essential life skills.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of experience in child welfare working with children/Adolescents in a social service setting, and fluency in both english and spanish. Candidates must also pass pre-Employment screenings, including drug tests and background checks, and obtain cpr/First aid certifications.
