Assistant Men’s and Women’s Swim and Dive Coach

The assistant coach will support the head coach in all facets of team management, including player development, game strategy formulation, and recruiting efforts for the men's and women's swim and dive programs. Essential duties involve teaching technical skills, designing instructional programs, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with ncaa regulations.

A minimum requirement is a bachelor's degree or two or more years of relevant coaching experience, with ncaa division i experience and a successful recruiting record being preferred. Candidates must possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and must obtain ncaa coaches certification and 15-Passenger van driving certification upon hire.
