Pre-K Assistant

This role involves assisting the classroom teacher and director by cultivating curriculum, preparing snacks, leading breakout groups, and collaborating on group lessons. Responsibilities also include helping to maintain state licensed group sizes and providing high-Quality care to children.

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of prior experience working with children, preferably in an early learning setting. An active, intentional, and embodied christian faith is essential, along with specific washington state training requirements like stars, cpr/First aid, and background checks.
