Pastoral Assistant Youth Ministry - Salary

The pastoral assistant will collaborate with parish leadership to implement the parish mission by developing and executing programs for middle and high school youth, focusing on spiritual formation through various activities like retreats and service opportunities. This role also involves recruiting, training, and supervising youth ministry team members and managing the youth program budget and fundraising efforts.

A bachelor's degree and prior experience in youth ministry within a catholic parish, such as a youth minister or catechist, is preferred for this role. Applicants must be practicing roman catholics who fully participate in sacramental life.
