Early Childhood Educator - Cyert Center for Early Education

Core responsibilities involve educating and caring for young children while encouraging their individual growth and development, alongside organizing a cohesive program that communicates the center’s philosophy using reggio emilia approach and developmentally appropriate practice. This includes assisting in curriculum creation emphasizing inquiry-Based teaching, adhering to licensing standards, and developing two-Way communication with parents regarding children's experiences.

Candidates must meet specific educational qualifications, such as a bachelor's degree in a related field or an associate's degree with substantial credit hours and relevant experience, and must demonstrate the physical mobility required to interact with young children. Successful completion of background checks, child protective clearances, and a pre-Employment physical exam including a tb test are mandatory requirements.
