Behavioral Health Advocate

The behavioral health advocate will provide essential support and advocacy services, focusing on the social, physical, and behavioral health needs of participants and their families within workforce development programs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing individual therapeutic services using strength-Based approaches, leading relevant group sessions, and performing case management duties as required.

Candidates must be pursuing or possess a master's degree in social work or a related counseling field, with licensure expected within six months of hire if not already obtained. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and successful completion of required background checks and clearances are mandatory for this role.
