Behavior Technician (BHT) Full-time

The behavior technician will work one-To-One with clients in various settings, implementing applied behavior analysis (Aba) under bcba supervision to facilitate skill improvement in communication, social interaction, and independent living. Responsibilities also include collaborating with families, following treatment plans, educating others on interventions, collecting data, and fostering therapeutic relationships.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have strong communication skills, maintaining composure in challenging situations. Preferred experience includes six months working with children and adolescents with autism or other developmental disabilities, along with reliable transportation for travel between service locations.
