Behavior Technician (BHT) Part Time

The behavior technician will work one-To-One with clients implementing applied behavior analysis (Aba) under bcba supervision to improve communication, social, and independent living skills. Responsibilities also include collaborating with families, following treatment plans, educating others on interventions, and maintaining accurate data collection.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position, though six months of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, the ability to remain calm in challenging situations, and reliable transportation for travel between service locations.
