Behavior Technician (BHT) Per Diem

The behavior technician will work one-To-One with clients in various settings, implementing applied behavior analysis (Aba) interventions under bcba supervision to improve communication, social, and independent living skills. Responsibilities also include collaborating with teams, following treatment plans, educating others on aba, and maintaining accurate program data.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Preferred qualifications include six months of experience working with children and adolescents with autism or other developmental disabilities, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation for local travel.
