Job description
- Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Adult Day Habilitation Program Make a difference in the lives of adults (22+) with Autism and developmental disabilities!
- As a DSP in our Day Habilitation program, you’ll provide essential support in a structured, community-based setting that focuses on skill building, independence, and social engagement.
- Your Impact: Support individuals in achieving their personal goals through daily activities, group sessions, and community outings.
- Encourage participation in skill development areas such as communication, socialization, recreation, and vocational readiness.
- Promote independence and self-advocacy in a supportive, respectful, and empowering environment.
- Assist with personal care needs when necessary (meals, hygiene, mobility).
- Collaborate with program staff, therapists, and families to ensure meaningful and individualized support.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Shifts available: 7:30 AM–3:30
- PM or 9:00 AM–3:00 PM No nights, weekends, or holidays required!

- Need: High School Diploma or GED. Valid and current U.S. driver’s license (1+ year of licensed driving experience). Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and adaptability.
