• Developmental specialist – Adult Day Habilitation Program Make a difference in the lives of adults (22+) with Autism and developmental disabilities!
• As a DS in our Day Habilitation program, you’ll provide essential support in a structured, community-based setting that focuses on skill building, independence, and social engagement.
• Your Impact: Support individuals in achieving their personal goals through daily activities, group sessions, and community outings.
• Encourage participation in skill development areas such as communication, socialization, recreation, and vocational readiness.
• Promote independence and self-advocacy in a supportive, respectful, and empowering environment.
• Assist with personal care needs when necessary (meals, hygiene, mobility).
• Collaborate with program staff, therapists, and families to ensure meaningful and individualized support.

• Need: High School Diploma or GED. Valid and current U.S. driver’s license (1+ year of licensed driving experience). Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and adaptability.
