Behavior Technician (BT)

The behavior technician will deliver individualized instruction aligned with iep goals and support students with autism and other learning differences in home and community environments. They must implement evidence-Based strategies to foster academic, behavioral, and life skill growth while collecting and reporting data on student progress.

Candidates must possess an associate’s degree or a minimum of 48 semester credit hours and have at least three months of experience supporting individuals with behavioral or learning differences. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and active auto insurance are mandatory requirements for this role.
