Talent Search - Educational Advisor

This role involves administering, coordinating, and delivering academic support services to high school participants in the talent search program, collaborating with the project coordinator to meet program goals. Key duties include conducting outreach, assessing participant needs, developing individual academic plans, and advising on course selection, college admissions, and financial aid.

A bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field is preferred, along with one to two years of experience working with the target high school population or similar disadvantaged student programs. Candidates must possess knowledge of a-G requirements, college admissions, financial aid processes, and demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including fluency in english and spanish.
