Elementary School Special Education Teacher - SY 26/27

The special education teacher co-Teaches/Includes instruction, support, and guidance for special education students according to their individual education program (Iep), managing the learning process and monitoring progress on goals and service logs. Essential functions include collaborating with parents and colleagues on goals and curriculum, creating compliant iep documentation, participating in meetings, providing engaging learning experiences, and analyzing student data for necessary adjustments.

Candidates must possess an active texas special education certification and a bachelor's degree, along with the ability to work independently, often exceeding 40 hours per week, and maintain a professional, distraction-Free home office. Other requirements include proficiency in microsoft office suite, strong communication skills, the ability to interpret student data for instructional decisions, and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
