Summer Work Experience Job Coach

The primary responsibility is to support summer work experience (Swe) interns in successfully completing their employment internships at host sites by providing necessary supports like verbal prompts and task breakdown. This includes building rapport with interns, site management, and teaching the skills necessary for interns to meet performance expectations.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and must provide proof of a valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance. Experience working with individuals with disabilities in vocational rehabilitation or training settings is desirable.
