Early Head Start Teacher

The primary responsibility is to promote the social, emotional, physical, learning approaches, and cognitive development of each child in a safe educational setting. This includes involving parents in goal setting and ensuring school readiness outcomes are met.

A high school diploma or ged/Hiset is required, along with either an infant & toddler cda credential, a comparable credential, or a degree in a directly related field, or the ability to obtain a cda within six months. Candidates must maintain required certifications like cpr/First aid/Aed and pass background and medical screenings.
